These terms govern your use of estatepro.casa (the “site”), operated by Justyna Biernat (“EstatePro”, “we”). By using the site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

What EstatePro is

EstatePro is an independent property introducer and marketing service. We showcase developments, beachfront homes by the sea, anywhere the sun truly sets, and, with your consent, introduce you to the developers behind them. We are not the seller, developer, or estate agent for these properties, and we do not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.

Data capture, affiliation & referral protection

You acknowledge and agree that, when you enquire, we capture the details you provide together with connection data (including your IP address, approximate location, device information and on-site behaviour) as described in our Privacy Policy. We capture and retain this information for the purposes of affiliation and marketing, that is, to introduce you to developers, to market relevant properties to you where you have consented, and to record and protect our role as the introducer so that we are properly credited and remunerated for referrals we originate.

Listings are indicative

Prices, availability, specifications and imagery shown on the site are indicative and provided by or on behalf of developers. They may change without notice and do not form part of any contract. Always verify details directly with the developer and your own advisers before committing.

No advice; your own diligence

Nothing on the site is an offer, recommendation, or advice to buy any property or make any investment. Property values can fall as well as rise. You are responsible for your own legal, financial and tax due diligence, including on overseas purchases.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, submit false details, or use it unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your dealings with a developer or third party introduced through the site, or from reliance on indicative listing information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
